You and/ or your group must arrive five minutes before your scheduled time. If you and/ or your group are not all present by your reservation time we will not wait and must start on time! There will be no refunds. Postponements might be allowed if there are other timeslots available the same night as your scheduled night! Each barcode on your ticket is unique and cannot be used more than one time.
